Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop descriptive and predictive models using Python, R, SQL, or other relevant tools to enhance product usage strategies and customer segmentation.
Analyse trends in product lines, customer behaviour, and general business performance to identify opportunities, risks, and patterns.
Propose initiatives to senior management based on data insights.
Improve customer segmentation techniques for targeted interventions.
Discover patterns in data through data mining tools to inform the business about internal or external changes.
Deliver machine learning solutions that will drive revenue and reduce costs.

Core Competencies:

Proficiency in data analytical tools, with at least two from Python, R, Julia, Tableau, Power BI, ARCGIS/QGIS; SQL is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
