Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement engaging marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
– Manage and grow KING BET Tanzania’s awareness across various social media platforms, acting as the face of the brand to engage and interact with followers.
– Create original and compelling content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) to promote sports betting products and events.
– Communicate with customers through multiple channels (email, social media, etc.) to provide timely responses and resolve issues.
– Monitor trends in the sports betting and casino industry to develop timely and relevant marketing strategies.
– Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a smooth and positive user experience.
– Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics, adjusting strategies to meet customer growth targets.
– Stay updated on industry regulations to ensure marketing materials comply with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a social media influencer or similar marketing role, particularly in the sports betting or online gaming industry.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and online marketing strategies.
– Excellent communication and content creation skills, with a passion for engaging with diverse audiences.
– Knowledge of the sports betting industry is a plus.
– Ability to think creatively and work independently.
– Goal-oriented with a strong desire to contribute to customer acquisition growth.
