We are a private International school, catering for children with classes from 7 to 18 years of age. We have students from different religious and race. This multicultural environment makes students education unique. We offer education that prepares students for appearing exams of the Cambridge British curriculum (CAIE).
Academic Achievement International School has been establish to provide quality education to the generations for enabling them to become an important part of the society. We are Looking for: Secretary
Responsibilities of the job include:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing and collating reports filing
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
