Qualifications
Education:- Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MBA related to IT Infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
- Installation & Configuration:
- Install and configure new servers (Windows, Unix, Linux), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack), and storage solutions.
- Internal Control & Security:
- Ensure internal control and apply information security best practices to maintain a controlled and reliable environment.
- Follow change control procedures and ensure SLA fulfillment.
- System Maintenance:
- Install updates, patches, hot fixes, and tune operating systems and software utilities or applications.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks such as backups.
- Monitoring & Diagnostics:
- Monitor capacity and performance.
- Diagnose and identify problems affecting service availability or performance.
- Technical Support:
- Assure technical service for installed equipment.

Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in the IT and Telco industry or a related field.
- At least 3 years of UML (Unified Modeling Language) experience.
- Computer Science or a related field (e.g., System Engineer, Information System Engineer).
Core Responsibilities
- Solution Delivery:
- Deliver end-to-end solutions for the entire organization’s platforms.
- Work closely with Marketing (Consumer), Sales (Go to Market), Customer Operations (COPS), and other business units to create winning proposals and successfully deliver within budget.
- Planning & Implementation:
- Responsible for planning, designing, and implementing IT solutions and other Telecom platforms.
- Ensure solutions meet standards and protocols for data exchange, communication, software, and interconnection for information systems in consultation with the Supervisor and Head of IT Products and Projects.
- Project Management:
- Define time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Guide software factories and/or suppliers to ensure the integrity of the solution within these constraints.
- Accountable for the consistency and delivery of the entire solution.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all development practices comply with the employer’s best practices, policies, and procedures in the respective operation.
