Mega Beverages Limited is seeking to recruit a Quality Specialist based in Arusha.

Responsibilities:

Monitor all packaging control points (CP) and quality throughout the packaging line.
Ensure an industrial level of hygiene is maintained at all times.
Accurately record and file all relevant record logs and documentation.
Perform inspection and analysis of incoming packaging materials.
Online product sample drawing and analysis.
Ensure employees are following all food safety and worker safety practices.
Communicate any quality issues to relevant stakeholders.

Basic Requirements:

Degree in Food Science & Technology, Chemical process engineering, or a similar field preferred.
3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a similar position.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Solid knowledge and understanding of food quality and safety and HACCP systems.
Proven supervisory and managerial experience.
