Job Description
Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Develop and manage content for social media, website, and other marketing platforms.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create promotional materials.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and SEO is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- At least 4 years in sales and marketing especially in oil and Gas.
